Your biometric information is stored into the Spree’s POD while you workout. If you decide to train without a smart device or if connection gets interrupted, your hard work is saved. To view your performance, simply reconnect to your smart phone and the data will automatically synchronize or download it to your computer at a later time using the included USB.
