I have been looking for a heart rate monitor that did not include a chest strap for some time and came across this sleek looking thing… I got it for my recent big birthday and have been using it for about one week now.

The things I like about this device:
- sleek, soft rubbery headband… I got the black one…
- adjustable :-)( for big heads)
- blue tooth connection thru my iPhone ( FYI : make sure it is turned on before you try to connect your monitor)
- fast app upload
-USB charger included
- real time feedback- especially I was amazed to see the post burn calories count ( I kept the monitor on for additional
30 minutes after HIIT workout… I wonder how much more I can burn after Tabatas… Or Cross Fit work out… That may be another review…
I am still playing around with this little Spree device and will write more as I go.
Right now I am a one happy costumer!
