The event will feature both a full and half marathon, so you can sign up for the event you’re most qualified for. There’s even an event for those who use wheelchairs or the hand crank powered variety.

This event is unique for a few reasons. For one, it’s a top ten Boston Marathon qualifier. So, if you have aspirations for the big race, you’ll want to make time for this marathon. Secondly, all participants get free admission into the music festival happening that same weekend. There will be live music, activities for the kids, and vendors and craftsmen of all kinds. The festival even features the annual Turtle Race, where you stand to win $1 million.

The Run Hard Marathon is certified by the USATF and is also a Boston Marathon qualifier. So, if you have plans on making it to the big event this year, the Run Hard Marathon might be a good place to practice.
